Welcome to the Paris Zen Dojo
The teaching is that of Taisen Deshimaru, a Japanese monk of the Soto Zen school, who founded the Dojo in 1974. Today, this teaching is given by former disciples of Master Deshimaru as well as by their close disciples.
The Dojo offers 17 meditation sessions per week and a full day of practice each month.
It also offers workshops directly related to Zen and lectures.
The sumi-e room
Sumi-e workshops are held in the dojo’s dining hall on the second floor.
